Senior Product Designer leading UX/UI for Wuntu’s first Rewards MVP.
Introducing rewards in a way that was immediately clear, engaging, and technically feasible.
Reducing cognitive load while supporting multiple reward mechanics within MVP constraints.
A successful MVP release with improved usability, positive feedback, and a scalable foundation.
Graham would be a great asset to any team. He works effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams across multiple projects. He has a strong natural ability across design, development, and implementation.
While working on Wuntu, Graham elevated the product experience by introducing new card designs that improved engagement, consistently placing the customer at the centre of his decision-making.
I was the Senior Product Designer on the first MVP release of Three’s Wuntu Rewards app. My focus was on shaping the end-to-end user experience, refining the interface, and ensuring the product was intuitive, engaging, and technically feasible for launch.
The initial MVP needed to introduce value quickly while remaining simple enough for broad adoption. Users had to understand rewards, offers, and entry mechanics with minimal friction, while the product team needed a design that could flex around technical constraints and evolve post-launch.
The project required balancing user clarity, speed of delivery, and engineering constraints:
The collaborative, insight-led design process resulted in a successful MVP release with positive user feedback and improved adoption metrics.
